1. How to register?
   In order to register on our site, you need fill in the registration form on the registration page: http://www.getmovies.ru/register.aspx. After that you receive the message with the link for confirmation of your registration. Please confirm your registration!
2. I have not received a message with confirmation of my registration.
   Sometimes it happens. You can still use our service signing in with your e-mail and password.
   But it is necessary to confirm your registration for receiving forgotten password, payment notifications and other important messages. Please contact our support service to confirm your registration: http://www.getmovies.ru/support.aspx
3. How to change my password?

4. How to download files?
   If you are not authorized on our site, you should click “Get Video” on the page of a file you want to download, then click “Confirm” and “Download”. If you are registered and authorized on our site, you should click “Buy” on the page of a file you want to download, then click “Confirm” and “Download”. We recommend using Download Manager for downloading large files. Before playing the file please update DRM component of Media Player (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=34506 ) and restart your Computer. After that you should play the file. Type your login (e-mail) and password in the authorization window in Media Player, and then you should pay for the license (if the file is "Free", no money withdrawal performed from your account) and then click "Play".
5. How to download a deleted file once again? Media Player shows, that the file is already downloaded?
   It happens if you download files using Media Player. You can download files from our site again using Internet Explorer.
6. Where can I find downloaded files?
   If you download files with Media Player, all the files are downloaded to it’s Media Library, you can find downloaded with WMP files in the folder: C:\Documents and Settings\<Name>\My documents\My Video. If you download files in other way – with Internet Explorer or Download Manager, files are saved into the folder you choose.
7. I forgot my password?!

8. How can I pay, can I use WebMoney and so on?

9. Windows Media Player can’t play, burn, copy or synchronize protected file while I have not the rights. What should I do?
   You should reinstall DRM component of media Player, following the instructions: close all programs (especially Windows Media Player and Internet Explorer), open menu Start->Run... , type cmd.exe and click OK, then type: rmdir /S /Q "%allusersprofile%\DRM" and click Enter. After that close the black window and update DRM module by opening following link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=34506 , click "Upgrade". Now play the file and get the license.
10. After I have paid and got the license, the system requires to pay again.
    The problem has a resemblance to the one described in the paragraph 10. If you log in and buy a film using Media Player, you get the license automatically. But you should upgrade component DRM (see “Requirements” on our site) or the license could be damaged. In fact you have got the license, but Media Player tries to get it again and GetMovies requires payment, because you have already got the license. Please follow the instruction from the paragraph 10 and contact our support service. Do not forget to describe your problem in details and we will cancel the second purchase.
11. How long does it take to download a film?
    It depends on your Internet connection speed and the size of a file.
12. How to order a film, if it is not in the list?
    Unfortunately we do not offer this service in the moment. We are interested what films you would like to watch, but we can not guarantee we will put it into our catalogue, while it depends on what materials our partners – copyright holders have.
13. Where can I find the instruction how to use Windows Media Player 11?
    You can find information about Media Player at: http://www.m icrosoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1d224714-e238-4e45-8668-5166114010ca&DisplayLang=ru. Please pay your attention to the fact that Windows Media Player 10 (and above) cannot be installed at Microsoft Windows 2000.
14. Is it possible to burn a film onto DVD/CD and play it with DVD Player or other computer?
    It is possible to burn a film onto DVD/CD, but in WMV format only, and you should play a film using the same computer which you used when you got the license for the film.
